Made from the white Trebbiano grape, the grape must undergo the cooking and barrel aging process of Traditional Condimento of Modena, Italy, but is not caramelized. Our vinegar is healthy - all-natural, fat-free and no sugar added. Try our white balsamic in vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces, and cooking. Drizzle over ice cream!
